FTTR Thermal Adhesive Coated(TAC) Transparent Invisible Optical Fiber Cable

The revolutionary Thermal Adhesive Coated (TAC) Fiber System offers a cutting-edge solution for seamless, fast, and flexible fiber cable installation for FTTX applications including Fiber to the Home (FTTH) , Fiber to the Desk (FTTD) and Fiber to the Room (FTTR)  within homes and businesses.

Thermal Adhesive Coated(TAC) Transparent Invisible Optical Fiber Cable

The revolutionary Thermal Adhesive Coated (TAC) Fiber System offers a cutting-edge solution for seamless, fast, and flexible fiber cable installation for FTTX applications including Fiber to the Home (FTTH) , Fiber to the Desk (FTTD) and Fiber to the Room (FTTR)  within homes and businesses.

Designed to ensure a seamless, fast, flexible and nearly invisible installation of fiber cable, this innovative TAC invisible fiber system utilizes an unique handheld tool and 900-micron fiber cable with integrated adhesive, enabling a rapid and consistent method for deploying fiber throughout buildings with minimal visibility.

Applications:

Mainly used as indoor wiring access cable for FTTX applications including Fiber to the Home (FTTH) , Fiber to the Desk (FTTD) and Fiber to the Room (FTTR) network. The TAC Fibers is optional for selling on plastic spool reel with length up to 200meters or matched with connectors for per-assembling or field assembling.

Features:
  • TAC fiber adheres to surface with heat activation
  • Ergonomic, battery-operated handheld fiber dispenser tool
  • Removable sleeve on handheld device enables quick disengagement of fiber cable
  • Available in  300, 500 and 1000 foot cable spools
  • Available in pre-connectorized patch cables/pigtails
Benefits:
  • G657B3 ultra bend-insensitive fiber
  • Fiber bonds consistently to common surface types in any indoor environment
  • Does not require messy caulking, staples or brackets
  • Installed cable almost undetectable to the casual observer
  • Reduced bend radius fiber technology is less susceptible to attenuation loss as a result of handling and tight bends
  • Compatible with field install-able connectors, or can be fusion spliced into the network
  • Cordless, portable – fiber dispenser tool travels anywhere
Standards:
  • YD/T 1258.2-2003 The second part of the single-core indoor cable series cable
  • GB/T 7424.2-2008 Total cable Part 2 Basic optical cable test methods
  • GB/T 13936-1992 Vulcanized rubber to metal bonding tensile shear strength measurement method of vulcanized rubber and metal bonding tensile shear strength measurement method
